Progressive Personal Training has the pleasure to partner with some very wonderful companies, Jewish Community Center of DC, API Fitness & SWAT Fitness, LLC in a mission to improve lives through health and fitness training and education in a variety of settings.  

The Jewish Community Center of DC serves a multi-cultural community of  individuals, children and seniors. At the Henry S. Reich Health and Fitness Center it is believed that a healthy body is not only a Jewish value but a human value.  You don't have to be Jewish to be a  member of the community center and to take advantage of free classes or register for fitness classes that are open to non-members.  It is here that I teach do personal training, Senior Strength and Stretch, Cardio Sculpt, and Kid Fitness classes.  I also train a variety of clients with have different needs including:  rehabilitation/injury prevention, strength and conditioning, individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, and weight loss from ages 4 up to 92!


API Fitness is a sports performance company owned by Alimamy Kallay out of Bullis School in Potomac, MD.  At API, the coaches in each individual sport along with myself, Strength and Conditioning Coach Alimamy Kallay work with student athletes of all ages and sports to improve explosive power, sport specific training, strength and conditioning, performance training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mentoring.  We work with athletes as young as 7 as well as athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level.  Training is on the weekends from 10-12 year around.   

SWAT Fitness, LLC is a company owned by Dante Settles and Reginald Howard that specializes in training and improving the lives of those individuals that have special needs such as physical and intellectual disabilities.  SWAT Fitness, LLC has partnered with the Jewish Community Center of DC to provide personal training services, group exercise classes, aquatics, volunteer program & social events to those individuals who have physical and intellectual disabilities at the Jewish Community Center of DC.  You can check them out at
